Today U Mer Mer helped to clean Su Mor KOng's house but with a different.
This time the kids knew about it and they let me take care of it. They wished me goodbye as they left for an open house party.
Imagine, they feel at ease leaving their home to me alone.
Joking with Su Mor Kong + kids, one plate of bee-hoon = 1 month of cleaning. Two plates = 2 months .... hahaha
At first U Mer Mer was quite nervous cos' normally people won't just leave their home and left it alone to someone but God is at work here.
Thank you, God.
I also like to thanked Su Mor Kong for her courage and arrangement - to have this last minute changed of plan.

fireworks
U Mer Mer went to Su Mor Kong parent house and play fireworks with kids.
During that period of time, we drove to "paktoh" .. hahaha ... actually to get more fireworks, fry noodles back home.
It was as though, we were 2 teenagers trying to slip out from home and the kids were our parents ... hahaha...
It was fun and so natural for all of us ....

Semi D + UMM in
After coming back from the open house party, Su Mor Kong asked about getting a Semi-D in Ambang Botanic ...
Well, it's a safe and good place to stay and the price is "dangerous" .... RM1.3 million .... hahahaha..
U Mer Mer called his cousin and have a talk with him.
The 1st call, he thinks that U Mer Mer was just having a casual conversation about the Semi-D.
Late that night, Su Mor Kong called me and sharing about the Semi-D matters. We had a talk and we prefer to have several houses rather than one big house with no people in it.
During that time, U Mer Mer shared with her about U Mer Mer heartfelt concerned about the kids future education costs and direction.
U Mer Mer never once felt that whatever Su Mor Kong's things is of her own. U Mer Mer shared the burden and feeling but this time, U Mer Mer is really "in".

Genting Highlands + dry meat + oranges
As planned, U Mer Mer palyed a joke with K.K while we were on the way to Genting Highlands to check out the camp site.
When I sms to Su Mor Kong what had happened, she really cannot tahan !!! Later she told me that she keeps on laughing each time she recall what I had done to K.K ... hahaha..
For U Mer Mer, it was so hard ... stopping myself from laughing when I played with K.K.
The only word that impact me from K.K ... "ka-na-sai" !!! ... hahaha..
U Mer Mer purposely ask K.K to feed me dry meat; which Su Mor Kong was so kind to cut and packed for our journey ... thanks Su Mor Kong; K.K getting quite irritated of constantly feeding me and later he feed me with 2 pcs at one go. Reason ?? So the dry meat can finish quickly and he doesn't need to keep on feeding me !!! Hahahaha ... good idea !!
When it comes to mandarin oranges, K.K just peeled the out skin and told me to feed myself. He said that Su Mor Kong has been very "manja" with me ... hahaha ... hmmmm ... of course !!!
When we about to come back, at the advise of Su Mor Kong, U Mer Mer told him that he was playing with him. K.K said he knew about it or else he would have kick U Mer Mer out from the car ... hahaha
What excites U Mer Mer most was to see Su Mor Kong laughing and having an enjoyable time hearing what had happenned to these 2 macho guys ....

CNY 2009
UMM + SMK CNY timeline .... hahaha ...
- Eve of CNY ... SU Mor Kong thinking of spending herself alone, going to get her HTC recheck but ... God is good, she called U Mer Mer !!! yahoooo... We tried to buy movie ticket at mid-valley but the line was very long. So we decided to go to HTC and do the phone 1st but was closed. So later we try out Summit USJ. We got the ticket for 4:30 pm show and it was "all's well, end's well" and truely it works the same for both of us .. hahaha.
Our missing is too great to bear. Later we talked on phone for another 1 hour !!
O yah UMM nearly had double-family reunion dinner .. almost .. hahaha.
- CNY (1st day).Missed SMK alot cos whole day couldn't speak or see her. Just able to sms church service message to her. Later at the evening, she called and we had dinner in my car .... hahaha.. alone from the crowded and noisy restaurant ..
- CNY (2nd day): U Mer Mer visit Su Mor Kong's mom and got an angpow and buah tangan... hehehe .. At the afternoon, Su Mor Kong had a 2 hours zzz and later Su Mor Kong preparing her company staffs' job funtion procedures. After the rain, we went for steamboat and later visit her mother together.
On way back, Su Mor Kong said that she still needs more time to "get to know me" as she feel something still "lacking" between us. Later that night, U Mer Mer prayed and asked God to reveal and brings healings to us. Let God's wisdom be upon us as we overcome the "lacking'. As U Mer Mer was lying down reading the book of Exodus, the story of how God bless and protect HIS people even they were abuse by the Egyptian king.
Around 11:55 pm, Su Mor Kong called me, and we started to bless and thanking each other "from the bottom of our heart" ... hahahaha .. We talked for an hour. Wow ... marathon lar ...
- CNY (3rd day): Going to Shogun and for the 1st time in Su Mor Kong's life, she open ppl to come for CNY. U Mer Mer knows how dif
ficult it is and that's why U Mer Mer only asked one particular couple to visit her .. Mr & mrs Clement. It is a soft opening. U Me Mer doesn;t want to rush her and makes her feel uncomfortable.
- CNY (4th day): U Mer Mer will clean up home while Su Mor Kong at work .. hahaha..

All well End Well movie
On the eve of 2009 cny afternoon, smk decided to go to watch movie at cinema. The show is “All’s well end’s well”
Went to mid valley but the queue was long .. hmmm like 30 minutes of waiting. So we decided to skip and go to her phone shop. Mana tau sudah tutup.
So we decided summit lar. Was a good .. great choice cos’ not many ppl at the ticket counter. While waiting for the show to starts, smk ask to go to guardian pharmacy shop.
While taking the elevator down .. umm was thinking .. hmmm … sudah datang liao …
Smk bought a moisture cream only.
Huh ?? … umm told smk that he thought she is buying the auntie visit thing for the 3rd time … she had a big laughed .. hahaha..
As we enter the theatre … it was empty. Only 2 of us. Smk feel scared …. Ahhh hahhh it’s time for umm to show his macho side .. hahaha..
Went the show about to start, ppl started to come in. we decided to changed our seat to back cos’ behind our row were family and kids.
Smk counted .. less than 12 people. We decided that summit will be our place to watch good movies.
Smk really enjoy the show !! she would hold my hand and wave it up and down 4-5 times during the show. You could see her “kiddy” character. No reservation, purely from her heart. Umm was very happy to see her like that. It feel like a full “release” from her inner self. To act and to enjoy as truly as she could be.
The show really portray about our lives. The main actress is exactly like smk. Tough, precise and “bossy” hahaha … jangan marah yah …
The guy exactly like me …. A little bit, what I really meant … nearly like me .. hahaha.
At one part of the show, the macho guy turned into more feminine when he was in love. Umm told smk tat sometimes when umm talked to smk on phone or face to face, sometimes umm sound or act little bit girlish … hahaha … maybe the power of love that melt away manhood .. hahaha

For U Mer Mer, this year the family had it outside at restaurant instead at home cos mom & brother working and too leceh to cook.
What a coincident that Su Mor Kong choose to have her dinner at the same location, same row but different block of building. U Mer Mer really can't wait to join her while having his own family dinner.
When the dishes came out slow, U Mer Mer would rush the waitress to rush the kitchen to to bring out the food fast-fast !! hahahaha U Mer Mer brothers also supportive. We packed back some of the dishes and my brother also fast-fast pay the bills.
U Mer Mer also fast-fast drive back to send them home and fast fast go to the restaurant to meet with Su Mor Kong.
When U Mer Mer reached there, they already finished their dinner and about to go into the car ... BUT as promised by Su Mor Kong, she reserved the best, the sweetest for me ....

Happy Birthday to remember
Su Mor Kong shared something inwhich she heard from monkey #2 about "Happy Birthday". Actually Su Mor Kong knew about it but somehow could not recall until now ...
Children are so happy went it came to celebrate birthdays !! They loved the cekes, tidbits, soft drinks, ice-creams, balloons, new clothings to wear, lot of gifts, and friends coming over to share these happy occassion.
The parents, mostly mothers, will busy themselves cleaning the house, cooking, buying party accessories, buying cakes ... hmmm .... I know how my Su Mor Kong had "worked" very hard searching for a cake, U Mer Mer was with her and can testified .... not easy lar.
Really must appreciate her effort and initiative !!!
Back to the story ....
We forgotten the battle that a mother had to go through in order to deliver us. The pain, agony and life-threatening moment at the hospital delivery room.
In modern days, we presume that giving birth is so easy, as easy as buying a burger from fast food restaurant ... "puuuttt - and here is your burger".
When Su Mor Kong shared this with me, it impacts me alot. What my mother or what every mother had gone through.
So, don't demand what your mother should do for you on your birthday but what & how would we show our appreciation and love for their sacrifices.

U Mer Mer called Su Mor Kong mang-chang and that afternoon U Mer Mer got a very severed sms lectured from her.
Su Mor Kong's mind always think of safety, welfare of home, finances, office matters, business matters. All these are daily survival challenges for her. But for U Mer Mer-he has not reach that level.
Due to this, U Mer Mer didn't understand what it really meant to protect, bringing up a family.
U Mer Mer knows only to care for his feeling, but no regards for Su Mor Kong's situation and feeling.
* After a few days - U Mer came to this realization .... U Mer Mer need to die to self. In bringing up a family and loving Su Mor Kong, U mer Mer needs to forgo the self-centeredness and to love Su Mor Kong with all his heart, always thinking of her welfare and benefits and more of her than me.
Once i die to myself, only then i will be able to live for her.

miracle 03 - Breakfast
Like usual, U Mer Mer would spent some time to read ODB, prays and singing ...
Today, U Mer Mer said to God, "God, can Su Mor Kong + U Mer Mer have breakfast together? We've not been doing that for a long time?".
Less than 10 minutes, Su Mor Kong sms, "Pls dressed up".
Well ... you know what happen lor ....

U Mer Mer are very grateful to Almighty God that HE is always hear U Mer Mer prayers.
In times when Su Mor Kong is having difficulties, HE always hears U Mer Mer prayer, pleading that God will delivered Su Mor Kong out of the uncomfortable situations and also what to SMS to her.
These few day smses really were God "spoken" words for her and truly God's presence with U Mer Mer.
Each day brought God's assurance and encouragement to Su Mor Kong.
U Mer Mer knows that word could not replace the real pains & sorrows of a person. And because of that, U Mer Mer really at lost of what to say to Su Mor Kong.

coffee cham milo - too pekat and sweet
This morning, U Mer Mer sms to Su Mor Kong that I am preparing a Coffee cham milo & shortbread for her breakfast ... just to soothes her heart and mind from all the pressurized things that happenend to her yesterday.
U Mer Mer makes the coffee + milo at home but it turned out very bad, so U Mer Mer went to a famous coffee shop and tah-pau and pour into the themos.
Waited for Su Mor Kong at house nearby. She came but not for the breakfast but to send Belle to class. (got to know later ...that she missed my sms)
Anyway, given to her.
Later in the afternoon, Su Mor Kong call & later ended up with me climbing her neighbour wall so that I could cross over and push in the clothes hanger .. hahaha
Lucky no police or security guard around or else kena tangkap .... hahaha..
Waited for awhile for her to reach home. She heated up the coffee cham milo that I bought for me to taste ... wow !! very pekat & sweet. Hardly tasted a sip, I pour it away ... Su Mor Kong was polite, she finished a cup this morning. Su Mor Kong thought that U Mer Mer makes it .. hahaha ... sorry Su Mor Kong.
We had yam puff (U Mer Mer bought from Kuala Selangor), a cup of home-made apple vinegar and a cup of cameron highlands blackcurrant tea.
Before leaving, U Mer Mer gave a hug to Su Mor Kong and said, "Please remember to pray & learn to trust God".
I don't know whether she heard it or not but U Mer Mer always had her in prayers at all times.

SMK voice trembling
When Su Mor Kong called me this afternoon, her voice was trembling, I could hear it. She was very angry with her staff working attitude.
I could feel her deep agony over this matter and as I was listening to her, I am so worried.
It is indeed not an easy moment for Su Mor Kong and for me either. With her busy schedule .... came this nonsense.

Today was the 1st day U Mer Mer re-align his objective and following the new timetable.
It was not easy as U Mer Mer tends to go back into old habits. At times, when U Mer Mer felt like going into old habits, U Mer Mer quickly takes out Su Mor Kong photo (the one she beautifully posed with the balloons inside the car) and look deep into her ...... "Hey, you are the reason".
That kepts me going the whole day.

UMM 2009 life objectives
Tonight Su Mor Kong re-aligned U Mer Mer purpose & objective for 2009.
Su Mor Kong said that U Mer Mer must do what are needed and not just waiting .... wishing & wanting without action.
Like the Bible proverbs saying, it is like a sluggard or lazy man, great food laid in front of him and he did not even wants to lift up the spoon and feed himself - he would die in hunger.
The great harvest is here and if sow sparingly, we will reap also sparingly.
Therefore, a timetable had been set for U Mer Mer:
Mon - insurance paperworks
Tue to Wed - insurance business
Thu to Fri - web business
Sat - insurance home visit
Every Wed - Prayer Meeting and Friday - Cell Group = a MUST !
Therefore, from now onwards NO night appointment.
It is a good habit - have more time with family & Su Mor Kong (sometimes need to do over-time until midnight ler .. hahaha)
Target: RM5,000 per month income for web.

unbelievable timing
unbelievable thing just happened....
While finishing the chapter 6 of the book title "thou shall prosper", U Mer Mer rested his eyes for awhile, and during that resting, U Mer Mer tell God ... "God, I won't sms or call Su Mor Kong tonight cos' she is tired but I think it would be very hard lor !"
After I have finished my "conversation" with HIM, Su Mor Kong sms to me asking how was my mother ? (Mom just got back from Hong Kong).
Amazing or what ??!!!
