Day Adventure

We started our adventure around 3:30pm.

1st of all - we went to look for a college and we somehow missed the place. She was right about the place but because the college view was blocked by tall trees, we thought we had gone to the wrong place. U Mer Mer said, women can't read map .... oppss !! said too early, later she proved me wrong ... so paiseh ... hahahaha. She is not a woman, she is a super woman .. so don't play-play ... hahaha.Didn't manage to enrol because the duration of the course not suitable ... will look for another one.

Just a few doors away from the college, we had our late lunch, some how we have a very big appetite ... don't believe ??? look at the food that we ordered ...

Helloo friends ... that is for one (1) person share !!! I really amazed lar !! Could not believe it !! Just had dim sum in the morning and now .... we are really grrreat !!

The most happiest moment during that time was ... Su Mor Kong took her courage to pray for the meal.

It was a very big step and courageous step for her

U Mer Mer will make sure she will do it again on the next meal - practice makes perfect... haha.

Then we started to compare our skin fairness ... imagine things that we did during the meals .. hahaha....

Mirror, mirror on the wall (table), who is the fairest of them all ? the top one or the bottom one ??Of course the answer would be the ............. bottom one !!!! hahaha.

Our adventure did not stop just there ... we went to the zoo and had photos with our good friend, Mr. Elephant !!You could never imagine all the crazy things we did to that poor elephant ... hahaha..

We were like kindergarten kids - running, climbing, jumping & laughing !!! So wild !!! hahahaha. Lucky, our parents or teachers were not around - they won't allow such behaviours !! hahaha

Now ... we thought our playtime has over, not for us !! We show off our musculine biceps. We had arm wrestling in the car while driving !!! Wow .... how crazy can people be ???

We were crazy like anything but that's how we build our fellowship.

Wait - wait - not yet still got some more .. we went to search for our next meal .. 'leng chi kang', the stall that has "2 small eggs" one ???

Not open yet but as we left the stall, we saw the "one with 2 eggs" rode by in front of us !! Hahahahaha !!! We laughed upside down !!!

Ok, Ok This is really, really, really, really the last event of our adventure ... arm wrestling again !!! Both the left and right arms.

Su Mor Kong really has the muscle ler .. look very innocence and lembik but 'kau lat' hahahaha ..

U Mer Mer appreciate Su Mor Kong very much. Although she is soo busy that day, she made time & effort to accompany U Mer Mer to scout for college.

At the end of the great adventure, she rush back to get her training materials (shop almost close), get a spectacle & back to office to verify some important documents. Such sacrifices.

Thanks Su Mor Kong !!!

# Fellowship & relationship building are not constraint by time & space (in car also can do arm wrestling .. imagine that !! .. hahaha).

Break-fast

Heard a loud ring from U Mer Mer handphone, thought was the alarm. Half awake & blur-2, U Mer Mer nearly press cancel ...

Suddenly both eyes opened up when saw a monkey face appeared on the phone screen ... it's from Su Mor Kong !!!

Invite me to join her for breakfast ...

This is the 1st time we had meals together . . . . . so early ... hahaha

We had dim sum as our 1st choice for wantan mee was 'closed' (too early for them to open the shop for early birds like us) hahaha ...

Overnite talks

We chit-chat on the phone from April 27 till April 28, 2008 ....

This time is better as we use house phone ... no electro-magnetic field & less heat were generated when using handphone.

The only complains that Su Mor Kong had were itchy ear ... hahaha and hyper-active mind .. hahaha.

U Mer Mer told her to go for a jog ... hahaha...

We are like a long long lost friends and meeting for the very 1st. time .... pouring our past & future 40 years of words in one go !!! hahaha...

Now ... I can't sleep liao !!! Very contagious ... hahaha..

Anyway, U Mer Mer always pray & wish Su Mor Kong well in all things.

Sore Throat without medication

This morning, my heart sank when I received sms from her that she is having a very bad sore throat... what made me more sad was she could not find any clinic and she has to endured it
throughout her training.



Reason for her sore throat .... too much of ulam, fried chicken, curry fish & mr. potato .. hahaha. Quite worry for her the whole day. Wondering whether she is able to endured till the end of the training.


Drawn a 'Get Well' card for her. Moral support.

When I called at night, I can hear her weak & scars voice. I could sense her pain but she tried her very best to participate in our conversation.

So worried her condition will get worsen from our chit-chat, but instead of a shorter ones, we ended up chit-chatting longer.

U Mer Mer appreciate Su Mor Kong effort & endurance, the discomfort & the pain during the chit-chat time.

I wish that it was me that having the sore throat rather than her. My wish is she be healthy and happy always.

Herbicide

Hmmm ... it's a process of turning human (adult) waste into good use.

For a healthy waste (dung hahaha), it can be use as fertilizer.

For a toxical waste from U Mer Mer, Su Mor Kong suggested that it be use as pesticide to kills all the weeds .. hahaha.

I told her that it is ok to use it but the field or the plantation must not be too large lar cos' I don't have enough time to produce the toxic waste ... hahaha. Maybe just enough to kill weeds at her neighbour house.

I don't know how we come into this topic. Luckily she is not the minister of agriculture and me the information minister. The nation can turn upside down with our formula & research.

Weight & Sizes

I have a waistline of 34" and Su Mor Kong doesn't believe it. Maybe because hers is more than 34" ??? hahahaha....

So .... here is the proof ... tadaaaa ...


Another challenge she throw it to me, for every 1kg that I loose I will get RM5 !! So far .. if my weighing machine is not spoilt - I am already dropped from 92 kg to 83 kg !!! But .... I still can't get the $$ yet cos' she put in another clause, must dropped below 80kg.

Sharing Our Lives

On this day dated 24 April 2008 - we have decided to create, to compile, to share, to remember & to jot our lives experience in this blog.

Nickname: Su Mor Kong & U Mer Mer.
Profile - She was born in the year of monkey but due to her over hyper active and aggressive nature, I have upgrade her to Su Mor Kong (monkey king) .. hahaha.

As for me, I inherit the gentle side borned in the year of sheep. She labelled me as U Mer Mer. Slow & blur-2 .. hahaha.

Physical Appearance: Beauty & the Beast.
Profile- No need to elaborate more ... look at the name you should know who is the beauty and who is the beast .. hahaha...

I recall a chinese song that goes like this ... "woa hern chor, tharn si woa hern wern loh" .. meaning "I am ugly but I am gentle ... man" hahaha.

May it be our memory-lane as we past through this life.

Sunday School Replacement

Received instruction for replacement from Su Mor Kong at 9.30 pm to teach the Sunday School class for her on the next day.

Wow... she really 'see me up' .. hahaha...

So this U Mer Mer reached home around 1:20 am (from the company annual dinner & sending ppl back) and start the homework lar....

Open the email, she attached her Sunday School notes in MS Office 2007 version !! Aiyoh !!! Mine only using Office 2003 - tak boleh buka !!!

So ... search for the Office 2007 installer CD, got it but cannot install into my system ..... hmmmm .. I was thinking, should I torture her by giving her a call ?? The time was 2:20 am ... heh heh heh .. very cheecky liao ....

After the 4th time, the CD was running well ..... she was saved ..hahaha.

By the time I finished the preparation it was almost 3:30 am. Maybe some of you may ask, why took so long to prepare ??? You guys forget arhh ?? I am U Mer Mer .... slow & blur-2 !! Haha.

Anyway, all these done without murmuring & complaining and from my heart. Coincidently, the topic for the Sunday School was "Stop Complaining & Murmuring" Numbers 13.

Food: Bah-Kut-Teh

One of our favourite food is bah-kut-teh besides from chicken rice, fried kueh-teow, clams, pig-liver ... hmmm ... now I have a 'competitor' .. hahaha ... Now we need to 'fight' over the same food ... hahaha

We went to this bah-kut-teh shop and they charged us $11 for claypot 'tau-kee & a few fish balls'. That's very expensive considering the ingredients are cheap stuffs.

Next time, go again but don't order that dish lar .... hahaha.

# It's not the money issue but the value of worthiness.

Giving gifts

Today, we want to visit a sick friend. She asked me to buy some fruits when visiting the sick person.

So our appointment was changed from 3:00 pm to 1:45 pm. She reached the house earlier but no ones in. She left her nicely wrapped gift on the pillar.

A few minutes later I received SMS that she is leaving as the person is not at home but I could not turn back cos' I already reached the guard house. I saw her car passing by the guard house.

I did the same thing, left the fruit basket next to her and gave a call to the person saying that I've left something at his house.

Waited until 6:00 pm, no 'thank you' phone call from that person. Later, I got to know that she also the same.

We console each other. It's alright, at least we share our care to them & we don't expect returns from them. It's alright.

You know what, we really enjoying wrapping the gift and giving to the needy.

# Giving without expecting is the greatest love that we can receive.

Red wine

This is my 2nd time entering Su Mor Kong's house. The 1st time was during her home dedication in 2007.

Set up her computer system and had a glass of red wine before going for a CG. Red wine gave me a blushing red color face ... hahaha.

During the CG, My whole face & eyes were red color. They asked me what had happened and I told them it was due to afternoon heat and sun burnt .... hahaha.

Su Mor Kong must be enjoying & laughing inside her heart, hearing my answers ... hahaha

Porridge

Woke up at 07:15 am to cook porridge and this is the 1st time U Mer Mer doing for someone. Never done this before ... so really kelam kabut.

Luckily, the maid gave me some pointers of the preparations.

Steps:
1- Boil the water with achovy & ginger - to get the soup.
2- Remove the anchovy & ginger
3- pour 1/2 cup of the rice and starts boiling
4- put in fish meat

The reason for the porridge - she was having a sore throat.

The porridge was quite thick and blant... hahaha ... will do better next time. Not necessary when sick ... hahaha.. use her as white mice.

Melaka trip

This is our 1st longest journey together. U Mer Mer has the hands-on experience of her on-site jobs. She is very detailed and focus on her jobs. Her focus was so sharp and precise that nothing can pull her down.

In her firmness, she also very gentle in giving solution.

One of the customer said, 'This is very troublesome' and with gentleness and assuring voice, she said, 'It is a need & good for your company progress.'

And I can see the customer nodding the head agreeing with what she said.... powerful ler ?? Gua also amazed by it !!

This is call 'high touch' selling ... hear but cannot touch ... hahaha.

Somemore the customer needs to belanja her Hainan chicken rice .... hahaha... I just tumpang the luck only ... hahaha

On our way back, we stop by to visit our good friend .. Tan Kim Hock. Bought a few tidbits for home consumption ... supposely, but we already start eating it on our way back ... hahaha.

Food was always on our mind, the Hainan chicken rice don't seemed to satisfy us.

We hunt for the famous 'satay lut-lut' shop in the town called Capitol.

We walked to the shop and found it closed. Someone refer us to another not-so-famous shop for the satay lut-lut.

When we walked back to get the car, the famous shop was opened and packed with people !!




We sneaked in to preview some of the food .. look at them ... so nice & delicious & hmmm .. so much of varieties and the satay kuah is not oily and thicker than the one we had earlier.

We promised ourselves that 'we'll be back' !!! hahaha.






Going back seemed to be shorter .... hmmmm ... We came to a conclusion that it is not the distance that matter but who we with that matters.

# Time & Distance are not a barrier when you enjoy a good companionship.
