Woke up at 07:15 am to cook porridge and this is the 1st time U Mer Mer doing for someone. Never done this before ... so really kelam kabut.
Luckily, the maid gave me some pointers of the preparations.
Steps:
1- Boil the water with achovy & ginger - to get the soup.
2- Remove the anchovy & ginger
3- pour 1/2 cup of the rice and starts boiling
4- put in fish meat
The reason for the porridge - she was having a sore throat.
The porridge was quite thick and blant... hahaha ... will do better next time. Not necessary when sick ... hahaha.. use her as white mice.
