Hmmmm ... going to Penang for a training program. The amazing thing was ... U Mer Mer is not attending the training program but as a trainer to trains trainers !!! Wat lau !!!
How did this thing ever happened ? Well, Su Mor Kong throw another good bomb to me .. hahaha..
It was just a casual moment of conversation, about her "suffocation" with her staffs timidity and slow action. And then she said, “U Mer Mer – you go and train !!” and this U Mer Mer just agreed. So easy kau-tim ... just like that !!
Afraid ? Who wouldn’t? Hahaha.. Love and concern for Su Mor Kong has overcome the fear.
U Mer Mer recalled an event recorded in the Bible, how Peter walked on the seawater even there were waves around. As he walked, Peter focuses his attention to Lord Jesus but when he turned his focus away from Lord Jesus and looked into the raging waves, he began to sink.
Su Mor Kong asked U Mer Mer to write his own biodata.
Ok lor ... very easy mah ... hahaha. When Su Mor Kong looked at it, she asked “Are you looking for a job?, it looks more like a resume rather than a biodata lar” ... hahahaha..
Su Mor Kong began to draft U Mer Mer’s biodata asking a me a few key questions and less than 10 minutes, a very impressive biodata for U Mer Mer !
When U Mer Mer gone through the information, U Mer Mer also impressed with his “biodata” hahaha.
The biodata was so impressive that the company accepts U Mer Mer biodata without any further enquiry.
WOW !!! Even Su Mor Kong was very happy & impressive with her splendid work .... hahaha
Reached the Penang one day earlier so that U MEr Mer won't get tired from the driving and also to go through the slides presentation.
Had not been studying for many many years liao, getting back to "school" was "slowwww" hahaha
September 09: The day of the training has finally come. Got up at 5:30 am and have the morning devotion.
A bit nervous as time approaches and as I about to reach the training ground (by the way – the factory is really huge lar !!) but it vanishes after talking with Su Mor Kong on the phone. Her voice , her encouragement & her laughter brought calmness and peace – unexplainable.
My 2nd shocked came when I opened the envelope and to find out that the participants are high level management staffs !!! Ranging from General Manager to Supervisors !!! Wat lau !! And they came to be train by U Mer Mer !!
Toilet, please ?? hahaha
During the training, U Mer Mer tried very hard to remember Su Mor Kong’s advices – speak slowly & clearly. How was the training ended up ? Pretty good .. hahahaha
Got 7=very good, 8=good, 1=fair, around 10=spoilt feedback ... no bad for a 1st timer .. hahaha.
Su Mor Kong is very daring. She has the courage to appoint U Mer Mer to be a trainer for such a big company and knowing that U Mer Mer has never conducted a training before !!
I really salute Su Mor Kong !!! ... hahaha
