This morning was our 1st day family jogging. And before that, U Mer Mer needs to do some "warm up" - go marketing .. hahaha..
U Mer Mer learned these:
1- Buy eggs, buy big tray
2- carrot is for garnish/decor only, don't need so much. Same as potato.
3- garlic (white) for dishes, black for soup related.
4- cabbage buy local type, softer and cheaper. Don't buy from China, too hard
5- cucumber buy the hard type
6- soy sauce buy po-po brand
Ooo ... before going for exercise, we had bananas and milo (for me) & plain water for Su Mor Kong + Sson. (Su Mor Kong read from an article-Japan).
We started our 1st day with brisk walking (not exercising for so loooong). U Mer Mer had a butt-on-ground while sliding down at the playground .. hahaha ...
Ended our exercise with dumbbell and twister. Wow ... not as easy as it looks .. hahaha.
Went back to Su Mor Kong's home, U Mer Mer + Sson + Kiki and while Suk Mor Kong reaching maid cooking.
Had lunch together after Belle is back from school. Then getting the kids and Su Mor Kong to mandi .. hahaha ...
Played Chinese Chess with Sson while waiting for the auntie to pick them.
Everyone were feeling at ease, cosy, peaceful and homely. Su Mor Kong later call U Mer Mer saying that she feel like not going to work and stay at home .. hahaha.. Well, U Mer Mer felt the same way too.
p/s ... we have a contest - every 1 kg dropped, will get RM5. Sson will be the judge. Hmmm .. U Mer Mer was wondering, this contest is to reduce or gain weight ? cos' immediately after our lunch, we all dip the short bread with coffee !!! hahaha..
